Techno Song with Cats Singing

I don't think it was from a commercial, but a tv "ad" for I think Nickelodeon or some other kid station. I think it appeared repeatedly earlier this decade. It's a very fast paced techno song with a woman singing and there are cats animated that sing along with it. Does anybody know what song I'm talking about? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just a wild guess, but Fischerspooner's "Emerge", perhaps? It was used in a VH1 promo featuring animated cats.
