Hey i hope this is right but i think it is crash by a group who i think is called the crash test dummies. Its also on the dumb and dumber soundtrack if that helps.

Its the original version of "Crash" by the Primitives, not the Dumb and Dumber 1995 mix off the soundtrack. Great U.K punk band, for when they were together! Amazon.com and iTunes should have it for sale.
