it was on at one of our dances at school. and it goes 'to the left to the left to the left to the left to the right to the right to the right to the right now(not sure) move your bodyself? move your bodyself?' and you just slide to the left and right and then put one foot out on your heel,bring it back in, and do the same with the other foot. I have no idea.
