I think it was on a Disney show, and it's not a theme song or anyhting but on the show they picked to sisters from out of the crowd they were kind of emo looking and one played acoustic guitar while the other sang. I think they said they were from europe or australia? They had accents. They also might have been twins.

I believe it was The Veronicas. They're a singing/song writing Australian twin sisters. IMDb shows that both ladies have appeared on an episode of "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody."
