I'm pretty sure its the ORIGINAL "Smoke Two Joints" Ive heard its by the Carrs or someone like that. I know Sublime and Bob Marley did a version of it. but this one isn't reggae or grunge rock. Its more classic/soft rock.

KFOG 104.5 (Radioststion in San Francisco) used to play it all of the time on Friday.
