If you're talking about the trumpet fanfare at the beginning of the dvd commercial, that's "Got to be Real" by Mary J. Blige ft. Will Smith. An older version of this song was performed by Cheryl Lynn.

P.S. This song was also used in a Clairol: Color Wonderful Nice 'n Easy hairstyling products commercial (the one with a bunch of women running around flinging hairdryers at people, its really quite happy.)
