Rice Krispies advert

The advert features assorted scenes of, mainly children, enjoying Rice Krispies, indoors while the weather is inclement.
The music, in a faux 30's/40's feel has the lines:-
"Snap, crackle, pop/crazy crazy world/ what a crazy crazy world we live in".

Any idea who it's by?
