I think the commercial you may be thinking of was for the BMW M Roadster, but maybe not. It had a pretty fastbeat guitar part taht slowed down dramatically in the middle and then sped up, then ended with the saying "carpe diem" in text across the screen. I'm also looking for that song, but it may not be the one you're looking for.
