The song is "Lux Aeterna" from the Requiem for a Dream Soundtrack.

Actually, I think that's that re-recorded version of the track called "Requiem For A Tower" that was created expressly for the LOTR: The Two Towers trailer. Don't buy the Requiem For A Dream soundtrack expecting to find that version on it because you'll be disappointed when you realize it isn't.
