Problem solved:
after days and days of searching the forum, it infact was NOT a nissan commercial (just out at the same time as the others i spoke of)
the one i was looking for was of a car in a showroom with lots of lights flashing on it from cameras, turned out to be the pontiac g6 coupe/sedan commercial from back in november
