Do you remember if the video was on a music video channel? Did the video seem like it was promoting the group or artist, maybe they had a new release or were on tour or something?

No, i saw it on sony "sony entertainment television" on a section named musicnews, it was promoting video from a dj, but the he dont shows up, its only the tap dancer on the factory, pretty cool video
