Commercial (perhaps Canadian) has many cute puppies doing many cute things. Song has a very clear lyric "Mary...won't you come out and play with me?"

Can someone please help me with a song? I heard it on a commercial for Pedigree dog food. It shows multiple shots of puppies getting into all kinds of puppy mischief. The only lyrics I hear are "Mary, won't you come out and play with me?"
