PBS commercial song (accordion)

We want to know the name and/or where to find the accordion music accompanying the self promotional advertisement: Roughly, the ad was shown on PBS early 2007 and was about a community getting together to put out a library fire, but the well pump at the library was not pumping. Someone then, comes up with the idea to scoop up the fire in buckets and douse each bucket with the small amount of water at the well pump. The music playing in the background is absolutly beautiful.
