I think it's from the past 12 months.
It features a woman preparing for a date, and when her date arrives at the door she looks through the eyehole and notices he is short so she slips into some flats.
I don't remember the words to the song in the background exactly, it was a male singing though.
Something like, "girl, you're looking all right" I think. I live in Canada, I don't know if it came out elsewhere?
