old pampers commercial

Hi, this is probably gonna be hard for most of us to remember a commercial awhile back. I always wanted to know this techno song but I heard it once on an old Pamper's commercial (i think awhile back, maybe like somewhere in the 2000's) of all places. I know that pampers don't usually use techno music in their commercials. So if someone can help me that would be greatly appreciated.
