New Song with the lyric "Believe" in it?

This song is fairly new, i heard it on the radio playing with other new songs. It is a slower sounding song . It sounds like a pop song or kinda like a country sound to it but i think mostly pop. It has the lyric " Believe" in it and it goes something like " If you believeeeeee , it drags the believe part. please somebody help i know someone knows this song, i really would like to know the artist and title. thanks.
