NASCAR Countdown to Green 11/20/05

During the Countdown to Green, a David Lee Roth or Van Halen (pre-Sammy Hagar) song was being played during the interview with Jeff Gordon. It was definitely David Lee Roth singing. I'm going absolutely nuts trying to figure out what the song is!

Does anyone who watched know what I'm talking about?

Just a followup...

I found out it wasn't Van Halen after all. The song was "The Difference" by The Wallflowers.

I still say the chorus sounds just like David Lee Roth....
