Nanny 911 commercial music

While I was watching The OC. At the end, they had the preview for Nanny 911. They had some music that went with it that sounded like a orchestra. I have heard it before, I think on a commercial on NBC years ago. If someone could help me, out. I would be completely grateful.

If I am think of the tv promo. It had the tail end of a song featured in MGM 75 years of movie magic. This song was composed by a company called Launch Pad in LA. MGM had exclusive right to the song i guess for that year of thier 75th anniversay.
