I'm not sure what the commercial is for (I will pay more attention to it next time it's on). The song in the commercial is a woman singing something along the lines of "Na na na na na na na na na na na, I'm standing right here for you."

The commercial features a woman running in a forest and it's in black and white. It plays in Canada (I don't know if it plays in the States or anywhere else).
