MTV Safe Sex "Protect Yourself"

Okay does anyone remember the MTV (USA) campaign from the late 1990's (97 or 98) about safe sex, there were 2 main commercials that aired, I can't find them or else I would link them...
The first one uses massive attacks "teardrop", another used tricky's "overcome" and the last one I have wondered about for years, its a bongo drum beat with no lyrics or other instruments, but its def downtempo electronic and was used all the time by MTV in the late 90's... if anyone knows PLEASE post

I have a feeling it might be global communication...

awwww please help you guys we're the mtv generation, its been 9 years and I still haven't figured it out
I know the song was used in a real world miami episode (96-97) too (I KNOW.... LONG TIME AGO)
