MTV Panic! at the Disco

Following the end of the shows, there was a music video - I can't rmember the lyrics, but it was the artist from the shoulder up (a guy, brunette, shaggy hair) and it's him singing while his outfit constantly changes (to a hundred different outfits - from doctor to casual and many others...)

It came on right after the real world, as like, the highlighted artist. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
