it sounds like a japanese song. a girl kinda rapping, kinda techno hiphop. anyone know it?

I have been looking all over the net and have yet to find anything about this song. I even called mobizzo's customer sup line and my question just confused the hell out of the lady on the other end.

She did give me the email address of their advertiseing department though.

Here it is, plz everyone send an email asking about it...maybe with enough people they will give us some info. Its been a week sence i emailed. I have yet to get a responce
