During the Miss Universe Pagent that foreign guy singing duing the formal Wear. He singed so good. Which I would like to know who was singing before him too.

Opera singer Vittorio Grigolo and Latin singer Chelo provided musical performances.

You know when I heard Vittorio singing that song during the evening gown portion, I knew I had heard it somewhere before -- but in English.

His version was actually an Italian, more opera/classical take on the band KEANE's song "BEDSHAPED" from 2004. You can find it on ITunes.

KEANE's version was a favorite of mine, so I knew that when Vittorio sang the Italian opera version at Miss Universe, I had heard it somewhere...

Honestly ,his italian rendition was the highlight of a pretty dismal pageant this year. Trump has ruined it for good.
