Comedy Central has a bunch of exclusive web clips of Dog Bites Man, a show that only lasted one season last year. In one particular clip, a song comes in near the end.

This song, I strongly believe, is the SAME song that plays during certain moments of TLC's "Shalom In The Home"

The clock on the player ticks backwards, so the song is at the 01:54 mark and plays down to the 00:47 mark.

I still hope to find this- is this one of those pay-for-use commercial service songs? Or is this some artist that someone actually recognizes?
