Macy's or Strawbridge's spring commercial

There's a commercial for Strawbridge's store on the east coast. I think it's part of the Macy's company. It has a song with a female voice with the words something like:

days are changing
rain stops falling
I can feel the sunshine calling
season of innocence reminds me of you
sweet little smile simple and true

Anyone know it? Searched online for these lyrics and could not find them. Hope it wasn't written just for the commercial cuz I like the song!
