the lyrics from a song randomly came to me "you've got to accentuate the positive eliminate the negative" and i think they're from a movie that i've seen somewhat recently...it's bothered me ALL DAY how i know this song, so please help me if you know what it's from

It's called "Ac-cent-tchu-ate the Positive". The original was done by Johnny Mercer. It was covered by Perry Como, Bing Crosby, and Artie Shaw, just to name a few.
