Hopefully that will help you. I really think it's Shiny Toy Guns doing Driver's Seat but.....I must be wrong. Lincoln would have it on their site if the entire song was remade so I'm guessing that it's only that 30 second piece. Therefore it doesn't matter who did it if we can't get the whole song. I've posted on STG's sites (official and myspace) but no reply at all.

And all these year's I thought they sang "Doing a little DRIVING on a Saturday Night" but it is not so. Jivin' ---> Once again I missed it.

I still haven't been able to find out who is performing "Driver's Seat" in the Lincoln commercial, but I did find out it is not by Shiny Toy Guns.

The information we've gotten is that the "Driver's Seat" cover was made just for the Lincoln ad by (as yet) unnamed ad production musicians.

I just listened to every version of "Driver's Seat" being offered on iTunes and although it is definitely the right song, the cover used in the ad is not anything offered on iTunes. Sorry º¿º

Sorry guys, that tune was written specifically for the Lincoln commercial. It won't be commercially available.
