I have heard this music starting from about 3.14 minute from here:

the title says it is "Strangers in paradise" but I tried to find this movie and
IMDB gives a 1983 and 1984 movies,
is the title the name of the movie or just the track's name?
if it's the track's name, from which movie this great theme came from?

"Stranger in Paradise" is from the movie musical Kismet.
