Keep hearing a song on the radio. Help please.

It's an alternative rock song and has lyrics that I think are "I'd walk a thousand miles, through the burning sun". If anyone knows who it is, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Nope, it's a male singer and thats the chorus. It goes something like this:

Chorus Line 1: "I'd walk a thousand miles *something* *something* in/on the sun/sand."
Chorus Line 2: Couldn't hear it
Chorus Line 1 repeat

After "miles" or whatever there's a very short pause. I searched all over but found empty. Any ideas?
