Yeh the song was by Spike Jones and it was called Hello Mother Hello Father, that is if it is the one i think ur talkin bout

"Hello Muddah, Hello Fadduh" by Allan Sherman. Early 1960's. He was known for his song parodys. It was later covered by Spike Jones with the different lyrics you included.
