I would say, for the rough sex, put on some Nine Inch Nails. Anything from The Downward Spiral works, that is, if it doesn't scare off your partner.
"Happiness in Slavery," "Suck," and "Piggy" are all great or the ever popular, "Closer."

Or, as mentioned above, Portishead. "Music to Fuck to" is an obvious choice. I also love Pulp's "This is Hardcore."

Also, Depeche Mode, pretty much any song. My personal fave is "Sweetest Perfection."

Ooh, one more that I can think of right now..."Come on Closer" by Jem from the movie Closer.

Yes it comes down to what kind of action it is, I really like Massive Attack and Thievery Corporation for the more romantic stuff, but if it's a little bit rougher, I like KMFDM/MDFMK, LFO's Tied Up single, NIN, the list goes on.
