Here's one for you to ponder. It's from the latest Hyundai Sonata commercial. I swear I've heard this song before and for some reason I'm thinking I've heard it in a Coen Brother's movie. Here's a link to the video. Anyone have any ideas?

Yeah, I saw this as well when I searched before I posted here. I don't think it's her, but I sent an e-mail listed as the contact on her website. She does have a lovely voice though, but we'll see what the response is. I'll post here. Until then, I'm still searching for an answer.

I don't know why you'd want to continue searching, the man said it was his wife and she improvised the tune.. I'm curious, why would you think he'd lie about it?

To say he's lying about it would be a strong word. But comments on videos in YouTube tend to be sarcastic sometimes. Not to mention the motivation to publicize one's website. I went to the website and while I'm not an Opera expert, the tonal ranges in the voices don't seem the same. I'm on the record that I could be wrong, but it's just a hunch.

I don't know, Mac, I listened to her and feel it could easily be her voice on the commercial, it's difficult to tell with such a quick 30 sec spot and no words to go by.. Hopefully someone else will respond with more info for us..
