How do you download Videos on to you Video Ipod

I know how to download music onto your video ipod but how do you download videos????
i downloaded my library which included some videos but whebn i went to my ipod there was no videos on there i looked under videos on my ipod there where none and just sonbgs under songs does anyonje know how to ??????

i think videos on your ipod only work with mpeg or wma formats

I think they have to be vids from apple or some shit. iPods aren't the coolest.
