Scroll to the bottom of the page, the fourth promo from the bottom is called "Brendon Gargling Promo" and it has the tune I'm looking for on it - under the gargling.
I've been told that this is a library track called "Monhabbat" (which may or may not have been a misspelled "Mohabbat") but I think it may be publically available under another name. I was sure I had run across it when looking for a similar style track called "Didi Tera Devar Deewana" by Lata Mangeshkar which is also available in a library under a different title. But if I did I misplaced the title :duh:
