Can anyone identify the whistling in HGTV's Does/Don'ts commercial? They're also using it as background on their commercial filler "HGTV ♥ Summer."

I thought it was from Kill Bill or Hanna, but it's not.

I thought it was from Kill Bill or Hanna, but it's not.

I just saw the "HGTV ♥ Summer" while watching House Hunters International. I think it's from "I Don't Care" by Jason Tarver (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005OH0YDW/?tag=adtunes-20) though it might be resampled.

Yeah, it's taken me ~12 hours to catch the "might be resampled" part. Well, if anyone has any ideas . . .
