I'm not positive about this but I think it was something from a TV commercial and the sample that you've provided is all that there is to the song. I could be wrong because it's SO familiar. It's just that when I hear that music my mind wants to plug in a voiceover sales pitch for shampoo or something. Like every time I used to hear it there was a mans voice trying to sell me something. An Aussie voice maybe?

Again....I could be way off. *shrug*

That's: Baltimora - "Tarzan Boy". I was listening to that song a few day ago.
