Okay.. the song that I was looking for before about downtown is really a Fido commercial. And the guy is basically watching everyone one around him move in fastforward because of something like 400 free minutes or something like that. And the song goes a little something like this "Just listen to the music of the traffic in the city, linger on the sidewalk where the neon signs are pretty"
Apparently.. while writing the lyrics down, my parents told me that it would be the following song
Downtown - Petula Clark.
They said that was the original so I'm guessing that the version used is a cover, which I will post when found.
