Was a compilation of any of the music used for the Fear Factor soundtrack ever released? If not, does anyone know who the artists or tracks were?

I've been unable to find this anywhere, not for download or purchase anywhere. But, according to NBC's Fear Factor page, the theme song was composed by Russ Landau, who also composed the theme to Survivor.
