Color of Money (Hard to find)

I literally cant find this anywhere. I've been desperately searching for it for about a year now and seriously challenge anyone to find it. To start, it is NOT on the soundtrack so don't even bother. I've also checked the credits and previewed those tracks and still came up dry.

The scene that features the song starts when Eddie brings Vincent to meet Grady Seasons for the first time and Vince says "Hey Grady, up your ass with the spot ok with you?" and Grady says "That's fine with me".
Then the whole montage begins with Vince and Grady battling back and forth and Eddie looking on and the mystery song begins.

I'm pretty sure it's an original track composed for the movie. I've seen it known as the infamous "whistling track" and have yet to find anyone on any site that knows its name or artist.
I've checked that list before and needless to say, no luck.
