CMT Awards commercial

I've been seeing a lot of promo ads for the CMT awards with Jeff Foxworthy in them. I couldn't make out any of the words to the song playing in the background, but my mom thinks it might be Elvis if not something similar.

I know that's pretty vague, but hopefully someone else has seen the ad. xD
