Negative its Evander Holyfield and all he saying is baby back ribs in a cadence to the beat. So no rapper and probaly just a blurb for the commercial. When you live in Atlanta you know Evander by sight if you 've ever heard him talk its standard boxer, stuttering so its definitely his voice. Hope this helps
