It is "Love is All Around", but it's not Joan Jett, does anybody know who sings the song from the commercial?

There's a newish bank spot for, I think, Chase Manhattan, and it features a new cover of the Mary Tyler Moore Show theme song, Love is All Around. There's a young woman in the commercial, she opens a new bank account, gets balance updates on her mobile phone, uses her debit card, that sort of thing, all while starting off her brand new life, that sort of thing. Does anyone know if that version of the MTM Show theme song is commercially available, or if it was merely recorded for this TV spot?
