Can anyone identify the song from episode S4E04 of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew? Male vocalist, downbeat rock style, lyrics, "Hey, the world is only fate. You keep me in my place until I am drowning."

What about the most recent finale? I think it first aired on August 21st? The last song of the episode sounded a kind of like Nikelback. The chorus was "I never felt this way..." Anyone have any idea? Shazam, Soundhound & Google aren't turning anything up. <_<
