BMW (I think) commercial

I can't believe I didn't see someone else post this question, but I looked thru as much of it as I know exists. The commercial people look like their cars, it's kind of a quirky instrumental song. If someone else posted this question already, sorry. I just really want to find that song.

Someone did post it I think.. if I remember correctly it's VW, and it's commissioned. I could be wrong though, does anyone else remember?
