AOL Commercial "If I Had You"

In December 2004, AOL had a commercial on television that had people talking about their computer viruses. The background song was, "If I Had You"; however, I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to locate the artist of this particular arrangement so that I can purchase a CD. Any assistance would be appreciated!
