Does anyone know the name of the song played during the JC Penny ads for their new American Living line of clothes and sheets? It has harmony, a slide guitar and the lyrics say something like "The leaves were falling, just like embers, in colors red & gold...somebody said they saw you swinging the world by the tail..."

It was at the end of last nights's (03/17) How I Met Your Mother and shows a bunch of kids and a dog in the woods climbing up on a completely made bed they found there. There are a few versions of the American Living ads but always w/ this same song.
