American Express Business Refund?

Does anyone know the music that is played on this new commercial...for American Express? It describes how it will reimburse or give you money back for what you have spent for something. The music is kind of soft with soft bass but it is put together very well.. If anyone has any ideas it will be greatly appreciated.....this song is very good. There are no words though, I am not sure if its stock music or not.

it sounds alot like devotchka to me, but i'm not sure, been trying to find out myself. but if you like it , you should check out the song "the winner is" by devotchka and mychael danna.
