I'm looking for the name of the artist(s) whose version of "Viva Las Vegas" is used on the Travel Channel's "American Casiono".

I havent heard it..can you describe it. I have covers of it by Shawn Colvin, ZZ Top and a few others.

Its kinda slow--like a recent rendition, i.e. like in within the last 10 years at the oldest. Definitely a male vocalist.

I'd feel really stupid if it turned out to be Elvis' version. :blink: But I seriously doubt it...

BTW, thanx for the heads up on the Shawn Colvin rendition; I didn't know she even had one. I've got the ZZ Top version.


P.S. If you're into Christmas songs, then Check out Shawn Colvin's "Christmas Time is Here". It's great. It's the song from Charlie Brown/Peanuts Gang cartoon. If you like that song, then might as well get Diana Krall's version as well as the Boston Pops version with Keith Lockheart conducting.
