I recently (within the last few days) have been seeing a commercial on abc family with a song in which a guy is singing in a high-pitched voice. I think it's promoting kyle xy and a couple of other shows, but I don't know what it's called so...just wondering if anybody might know it.

What's the song they used in the ABC family commercial a while ago? It showed clips of Gilmore Girls, I remember, and I heard the word "Home" being sung. I know it's by Five for Fighting. Help?
