81st Annual Academy Awards

Looking for the song used during the "Visual FX" awards segment. Upbeat, kind of rock-y, male vocalist. The visuals made it awfully hard to focus on the lyrics. Any help is as always greatly appreciated!

2009 oscar music?

During the oscars there were many songs played
the only ones im looking for is two of them
one of them was like in the earlier part of the show
it sounded kinda U2ish or something
i dont know
the other one i want was playing during a video with alot of action scenes from
movies like wanted, it had car chases
stuff like that

can you send me an answer
id be greatly appreciative

It was a cover of Bob Dylan's Leopard Skin Pillbox Hat - but I don't know who sang it...Damn!

Another forum is saying that it is a version done by Beck and will be available for download on Amazon tomorrow, however I haven't been able to confirm.
